Connecting a Workmates Culture: Employee Retention

Conserve and Preserve Valuable Employees

Do you remember the first time you heard about scooters zipping through the halls of Corporate America? What about those nerf gun office battles? You don’t have to be Google or Facebook to have these kinds of perks or attract the best talent.

Employee turnover is something that every company experiences it’s inevitable. Whether you’re a small or large business, losing a valuable team member can have damaging effects. Generating a Workmates Culture: Events & Polls

Streamlining Communication Between You and Your Workmates

Clear and concise communication is imperative for any roll in a business, and the quality of a company’s internal communication sets the stage for the its future. Communication is something we do reflexively; however, doing it effectively can take a bit of finesse. But sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of the everyday work grind and possible to unconsciously miss opportunities to recognize our peers on going above and beyond. These hardworking, overlooked individuals tend to become less engaged over time, inevitably affecting their performance or satisfaction.
